Terms of Use

  1. Purpose. Advisory, analysis, and coordination services. Lexper provides neither court representation nor notarial deeds.
  2. Excluded Services. Lexper does not take part in real estate purchase or sale transactions; does not take part in forming, managing, administering, or selling companies or other entities for its clients; provides no domiciliation services (neither an address nor premises); never receives, holds, or transmits client funds and accepts no banking power of attorney. Requests touching on these areas are redirected to a professional holding the required affiliations.
  3. Panel. Where such acts are required, they are the subject of separate engagements between the client and the registered professional concerned; Lexper assists the client in selecting the appropriate professional and coordinating that professional's work. The fees of these professionals are separate from those of Lexper.
  4. Confidentiality. Contractual confidentiality undertaking covering all information received.
  5. Fees. Under a prior written agreement (hourly rate or flat fee), with a quote provided before any billable work.
  6. Diligence. Obligation of means; no guarantee of result.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Swiss law, jurisdiction in Bern.
