The firm

Lexper is a legal and wealth advisory firm based in Bern. It is led by Darius F. Scheidegger, a financial analyst and legal adviser, holding a Master of Law (MLaw) with a focus on wealth matters.

This dual training shapes the firm: every legal question is also examined as a financial one. A banking agreement, the division of an estate, or an objection to a payment summons each has a cost, a return, a risk; Lexper's recommendations put figures on them.

The firm works with a panel of independent professionals (registered attorneys (admitted to a Swiss cantonal bar registry), notaries, tax experts, banking specialists) built up from one engagement to the next. Lexper does not employ these professionals and does not claim their titles: it retains them, with your consent, for the acts the law reserves to them, and coordinates their work.
