Our approach: one file, reviewed as a whole

Wealth questions rarely fit neatly into one box. An estate matter may involve property, tax, a bank, or debt enforcement proceedings already under way. Handing each part to a different specialist is expensive and fragments responsibility: no one sees the whole picture.

Lexper takes the opposite approach. Your situation is first reviewed as a whole, from two angles at once: the law and the numbers. The firm's principal, a jurist by training (MLaw) and a financial analyst, assesses the options open to you and what each actually costs, before making any recommendation.

When a matter calls for specific implementation expertise, Lexper draws on its panel: registered attorneys (admitted to a Swiss cantonal bar registry), notaries, tax experts, banking specialists. Each is an independent professional, retained for your file with your consent, and chosen for the precise question they will handle. You keep a single point of contact, who follows the file from the first meeting to its close.

How an engagement unfolds

  1. Initial meeting. You describe your situation. Together we determine whether Lexper can be of use to you, and if not, we tell you so.

  2. Analysis.Review of the file, the documents, and the figures. You receive a written summary: the options, their legal consequences, and their cost.

  3. Strategy and coordination. You choose a course of action. Lexper carries it out and, if a reserved act is required, retains, together with you, the registered professional who will perform it.

  4. Follow-up.Regular updates, accessible documents, and work kept within budget.
